Why so many photos?

An old friend recently wrote to me and asked, "Vern, why do you have so many photos on your site? It looks like all you do is travel and never work."

That's the wonderful part about Lifestyle Design folks! I get to work wherever my heart takes me. Believe me... I work a lot.

I just work where I choose to work. I refuse to wait until "retirement" (whatever the heck that is anyway!) before I get to see the world. If I wait until I'm "retirement age" then I'll be too dang old to enjoy this great big blue marble called Earth! I'm not into that!! Not even a little.

What is it about the "deferred life plan" that appeals to any sane person?

So, to answer your question Curt... I have so many photos to show that it can be done. I have spent the past several years traveling and living amongst people in parts of the world that are beyond your current imagination AND YOU CAN TOO!

I strongly urge you, and anyone else who is reading this, to spend the twenty bucks and buy the book "The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere and Join the New Rich" by Timothy Ferriss.

This book was #1 on the bestsellers list for the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today. You can believe me when I tell you, the 29-year old smart-ass author will change your life if you just read his book! Don't let the title of the book fool you... I work a lot more than 4 hours per week. I just work where I want to using technology correctly.
